01Overview
What It Is.
Kurita positions Kuriverter® IK-110 around biofouling reduction in desalination duty. C-Water applies membrane chemistry only as part of a complete strategy — chemistry does not compensate for pretreatment that is not doing its job.
02Key Benefits
Why It Is Specified.
Addresses biological fouling
Biological fouling is among the hardest membrane conditions to reverse once established.
Supports cleaning interval
Every clean costs downtime, chemical and a small amount of membrane life.
03Applications
Where It Is Used.
- RO and membrane systems
- Desalination duty
- Water recovery and reuse

Chemistry only performs against the system it was chosen for. C-Water carries out the water analysis, matches the programme to the metallurgy, cycles and duty on site, and keeps verifying the result once the programme is running.
