Know the Water Before Deciding Anything.

Sampling, analysis and interpretation against the system the water is actually in.

01What It Is

The Service.

A structured sampling and analysis exercise that establishes what is in the water, how it varies, and what that means for the equipment it passes through.

02Why It Matters

Why It Matters.

Analysis is the least expensive step in any treatment programme and the one that determines whether the rest of it was correctly chosen. A programme selected without it is selected from a catalogue.

03When You Need It

When to Ask for It.

  • Before designing a new system

The source water defines the treatment train. Nothing else can be sized until it is known.

  • When something is going wrong

Deposits, corrosion or unexplained consumption all have a chemical explanation that analysis can find.

  • When the source changes

A new supply, a new well or a seasonal shift can invalidate a programme that had been working.

  • As routine verification

Periodic analysis confirms the programme is still holding the system where it was designed to.

04The C-Water Approach

How It Is Carried Out.

  1. 01

    Plan the sampling

Sample points, timing and method chosen so the result describes the system rather than a moment in it.

  2. 02

    Analyse

The parameter set is chosen for the application — cooling, boiler, RO and effluent each require a different panel.

  3. 03

    Interpret against the system

Results are read against metallurgy, temperature, cycles and duty, not against a generic reference table.

  4. 04

    Recommend

A clear statement of what the water will do to the system and what has to change.

05What You Receive

The Output.

  • Analytical results against the relevant parameter set
  • Interpretation referenced to your system and operating conditions
  • Scaling and corrosion tendency assessment
  • Recommended treatment direction and control limits
  • A baseline for future comparison
